There are many different ways ESPN Cleveland can get involved in your event. Please choose one of the options below. Here are some guidelines to assist your organization in getting your information included as part of our public service campaigns.
Website Exposure: Community Events on ESPNCleveland.com We promote events via our website, ESPNCleveland.com on the Community Events page. Submit events a minimum of four weeks in advance. When you click below, you will be asked specific questions including, who, what, when, where and why. You will also be asked if you have any logos and/or graphics included on your webpage. (Please attach a .jpeg file only.) Please do NOT submit your information until you have all of the details. If approved, your event will appear at on the Community Events Page on ESPNCleveland.com.
On-Air and Online: Public Service Announcements ESPN Cleveland dedicates commercial inventory to local public service announcements on ESPN 850 WKNR, ESPN 1540 KNR2, and ESPNCleveland.com, where thousands listen each day. You can provide produced (:30) announcements or written (:30) commercial copy to air. Click below to download the copy form and use the following format: 12pt font, Times New Roman, ALL CAPS, spell out ALL numbers, double spaced. Send your copy form at least three weeks in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be considered for on-air and online exposure.
On-Site: Event Sponsorship ESPN Cleveland partners with a select number of local organizations each year for charitable events and campaigns. We can assist organizations with on-site exposure on the day of the event with street teams, live broadcasts, emcee's and more. Organizations interested in partnering with ESPN Cleveland on public service events should submit their information by clicking on the link below. The request will be channeled through our executive producers and promotions directors. To provide us with the maximum time to assist you, we ask that you provide a minimum of four months lead time on these types of sponsorships.
ESPN Cleveland's "What's up Cleveland" ESPN Cleveland dedicates time each weekend for a more in-depth exploration of local issues. “What's up Cleveland” gives public service organizations the chance to reach Clevelanders on issues of importance. If you are approved for item(s), you must be able to pick up your items at the ESPN Cleveland offices located at 1301 E. 9th Street, Suite 225, Cleveland, OH 44114.
