2011: TE Virgil Green, Broncos
2010: QB Tony Pike, Panthers
2009: DE Will Davis, Cardinals
2008: RB Lex Hilliard, Dolphins
2007: DE Jacob Ford, Titans
Analysis: Green had three catches in 15 games. Last month he was suspended for the first four games of the 2012 for violating the league’s performance enhancing substance policy. Pike is looking for a new team after being waived last summer upon the arrival of Cam Newton in Carolina. Davis was released in September and is without a team. After three years with Miami, Hilliard signed as a free agent with the Vikings. Ford had seven sacks as a rookie, but was waived last year and is unsigned.

2007: QB Jordan Palmer, Redskins
Analysis: Levingston played in four games as a rookie. Larsen was waived by the Patriots and claimed by Tampa Bay. He has started 14 games in two seasons. Harris is now with the Texans, his sixth team in four years. Garcon is a certified late-round gem. He became a starter in his second season and amassed 184 receptions and six TDs in three years. He struck gold in free agency this year, signing with the Redskins for $20.5 million guaranteed over five years.
